  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.

  • Exchange is allowed only for size or color, subject to stock availability.

  • Items purchased on sale or discount are not eligible for exchange.

  • Customers are responsible for shipping charges in case of exchange.

🔄 Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted only if the wrong or defective item was delivered.

  • Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order, along with clear pictures or videos.

  • Returned items must be unused and in original packaging.

  • Used, washed, or damaged products

  • Items without original tags or packaging

  • N&S EASTWEAR is not responsible for delays caused by courier services.

  • Please ensure your address and contact details are correct at checkout.

Complaint Registration Policy:

Please notify us of any defects, damage, missing content, wrong or incomplete orders within 24 hours of delivery along with the images of the received product, tags / barcode, & flyer packaging (front & back) at our Whatsapp / email / socials account.
Failure to report issues within this timeframe will not be catered.
